US says Iran must Halt Enrichment Before we can Talk about Halting Enrichment

Same old bullshit. It's clear the administration doesn't want to resolve this anytime soon.

The United States wants to see a "verifiable suspension" of Iran's nuclear enrichment program so that there can be negotiations leading to a broader agreement, White House national security adviser Stephen Hadley said on Monday.

Iran has to knock it off before we talk about Iran knocking it off. Bushco, apparently, believes continued confrontation will be better at the polls than a resolution.
