Palm Beach Post:
Former U.S. Rep. Mark Foley has extended his 30-day stay at a pricey rehab center in Arizona, according to acquaintances.
With the nation gearing up for next week's elections and a federal investigation probing his sexual Internet messages to teenaged former congressional pages, Foley has decided to remain at Sierra Tucson, a rehab center where he has been treated for alcoholism since Oct. 1.
Foley, of Fort Pierce, originally checked in for a monthlong program at the 160-acre center in the mountains outside Tucson, Ariz., his attorney said. A 30-day program at Sierra Tucson, which often caters to celebrities, can cost more than $40,000.
But as his 30th day at the center passed Monday, Foley remained for further therapy, an acquaintance said.
"Mark has not left the program," said a source close to his family. "His release date has yet to be determined."
I've got a guess on the release date -- Nov. 8.
