Rep. Dana Rohrabacher has an excellent grasp of science. In arguing that no one knows what causes global warming (despite the fact that we do), Rohrabacher cited a period of global warming 55 million years ago. "We don’t know what those other cycles were caused by in the past. Could be dinosaur flatulence, you know, or who knows?"
