Stories to Watch: 11/10/11

Penn State students riot after Joe Paterno is fired for covering up what became a child sex abuse scandal. Pepper spray makes an appearance, but no rubber bullets. A man is in critical condition after suffering a gunshot wound at Occupy Burlington in Vermont. At the moment, it seems as if it's a suicide attempt by a troubled homeless man.

Karl Rove is up to his old tricks again -- namely, being a professional liar.

Writing for Sabato's Crystal Ball, Alan Abramowitz calculates that President Obama "has a good chance of winning a second term."

The Senate rejects a repeal of net-neutrality rules.
