Police in Fort Collins, CO are asking for the help of local women in identifying victims of a crime spree. Chih Hsien Wu is accused of stealing $6,000 in women's underwear from laundry rooms near Colorado State University. Women are invited to look through photos of some 1,300 items and identify any that might be theirs. Somewhere in Colorado, there's a photographer who's damned sick of taking photos of panties...
