Officer Norberto Cappas, of Philidelphia, PA, was found guilty by a police tribunal of conduct unbecoming an officer and lying during a departmental investigation into a 'sex show' he ordered two female jail inmates to perform for him. Cappas "ordered the two women to kiss and touch each other and expose their breasts in September 2003," the report tells us. "The two had been picked up on suspicion of drug possession, but they had no drugs and were not charged with a crime."
I noticed that at no point in the story did AP refer to this as a 'lesbian sex show.' I assume this is because you can't call it 'lesbian' when a huge prick like Cappas was involved. (AP)
