Rudy Giuliani's national campaign chair
-It's not like being president is all about making decisions...-
Presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani's campaign to be the new Decider took a little hit yesterday when the southern regional chair of his campaign, LA Sen. David Vitter, showed up on the so-called 'D.C. Madam's' phone records.
"This was a very serious sin in my past for which I am, of course, completely responsible," said Vitter in a statement. "Several years ago, I asked for and received forgiveness from God and my wife in confession and marriage counseling." The thing about getting forgiveness from God is that you never actually get it in writing. We'll have to take his word for that.
In addition to having hired the mobbed-up and corrupt Bernard Kerrick to be his Police Commissioner during his days as the mayor of NYC, Giuliani's other brilliant choice was coke dealer Thomas Ravenel's hire as the campaign's S. Carolina state chair. Giuliani's national chair, Oswald Chesterfield 'The Penguin' Cobblepot, was unavailable for comment. (Raw Story)
